How Long Is The Program?
This program is for 4 months
(1 Sept 2023 - 31 Dec 2023, as stated in the respective offer letter).
I don't have or have a problem with a bank account; can I use my mother's, father's, wife's, husband's, or sister's bank account?
Can't. You must open a new bank account before September 15, 2023, for salary matters. Dattel will help provide a letter to the bank for the purpose of opening a bank account. Please contact the Secretariat for more information.
Will I get EPF and SOCSO contributions?
Yes. The contribution will be deducted and calculated from the basic salary notified in your offer letter.
Apakah etika kod pakaian untuk Program ini ?
You are encouraged to dress "smart and casual." It is not allowed to dress conspicuously ("sleeveless, pants or short skirts, slippers, hats, torn jeans). Formal attire is encouraged but not required.
Will I be provided with a laptop?
No laptop will be provided, and you are encouraged to use your own laptop. Dattel will provide several laptops and desktops at the campus computer lab for the use of participants and employees who do not have laptops. The use of laptops in the computer lab is based on availability ("first come, first served).
Where is Campus Dattel located if we want to come ?
How can I get to Campus Dattel ?
i. Drive or use e-hailing to the above location.
ii. Public facilities: LRT/Monorel/KTM (KL Sentral Station) and MRT (National Museum Station). Then walk for 5–10 minutes to campus.
Where can I park my car if I drive ?
There are several paid parking spaces near the campus. The closest place is at Medan Selera LTK Brickfields.
Will the sessions in this program change places ?
Nope. All activities related to this program will be carried out on campus.
Do I have to attend the campus on September 1, 2023, for the kick-off program and the training or course in this program ?
Yes. Participants and employees who live in the Klang Valley area (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya) are required to attend the campus for the "Kick Off" Program as well as training and program courses. Only participants and employees who have received permission from the Secretariat can follow this program online. Attendance will be recorded, and disciplinary action as per procedure will be taken if any participant or employee is found not following instructions.
Do I have to come to campus to follow this program ?
Yes. This program should be conducted on campus, where everyone is an employee of Dattel Sdn Bhd, and attendance on campus is encouraged. Participants and employees who live in the Klang Valley area (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya) are required to attend the campus. Only participants or employees who get permission from the Secretariat can follow this program online (online, remote, or work from home). Attendance will be recorded, and disciplinary action as per procedure will be taken if any participant or employee is found not following instructions.

How is attendance taken?
Dattel will provide information from time to time regarding attendance.

Where is the nearest Surau in the campus area?
Men's and women's prayer rooms are available on campus. For Friday prayers, participants or employees can go to the nearest mosque or madrasah, as indicated by the location in the link below :
